HOMESTEAD (live now on Kickstarter HERE) is a Native American/Western werewolf 100-page horror graphic novel that I've been researching and preparing to publish for almost 20 years... something I have now finally been able to do thanks to the team of illustrator/co-creator Les Garner, Lakota Creative Consultant Rau Blackhawk, colorist Colin Johnson, letterer Dave Lentz, editor Drena Jo, and publisher Source Point Press.

If you're more a fan of supernatural/horror work than stories about superheroes, rest assured, HOPE is legitimately one of the scariest stories I've written even though it's not a "horror story" in any traditional sense of the word. In fact, despite what the cover may lead you to believe, HOPE isn't even so much as superhero story as much as it is a story about a superhero... and, yes, there's a BIG difference.
To say too much more of what happens next would spoil what's a very emotionally investing (and, again, genuinely scary) story about what happens when a woman who moonlights as a superhero is forced to reveal her secret identity to the world to protect her family during a car accident.

This 128-page graphic novel is a biographical graphic novel (aka: it's a true story) chronicling the early days and then in-ring career of professional wrestling legend Arn Anderson -- the legendary founder of "The Four Horsemen," the inventor of the spinebuster, and more!
This book is co-written by me and Arn himself (of course), illustrated by the tag-team talent of Shawn Daley and Colm Griffin, lettered by Justin Birch, and edited by Drena Jo.
As of this writing we've already unlocked THREE Stretch Goals on the campaign, too!
This, admittedly, isn't quite my normal horror-based fare, but it's a book I'm exceptionally excited about: As a fan of professional wrestling, this is a story I'm very honored to be involved in telling... and as a comic creator, it's a simply gorgeous (and entertaining) graphic novel with Shawn and Colm weaving back and forth between the "present" and "past" sequences throughout the story.
If you're a fan of good graphic novels (which, clearly, if you're getting this and reading this, you are)...
